1. Who we are and accepting these terms

The Piko apps and this website are provided by Piko (“we”, “us”).

By installing or using Piko, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use Piko.

2. What Piko is

Piko is an app that connects your device to VPN or proxy servers that you configure, usually with a subscription from a VPN provider. We provide no VPN service, no servers, no accounts and no content. We are not affiliated with any VPN provider and do not endorse any.

3. Your VPN provider

Your agreement with your provider covers its service: availability, speed, logging, payments, refunds and whether using it is lawful where you are. We are not responsible for providers, their servers or the content of their subscriptions, nor for links, messages or routing rules they send. Piko applies a provider's routing rules only after you agree to them.

4. Lawful use

You must use Piko in line with the laws that apply to you. Some countries restrict or prohibit the use of VPNs. You may not use Piko for unlawful activity, to infringe the rights of others, to attack or abuse networks or services, to send spam, or in breach of export-control or sanctions rules.

5. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and free license to install and use Piko on devices that you own or control.

  • If you got Piko from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and these terms add to it.
  • Piko includes third-party components under their own licenses. They are listed in the app and on our Licenses page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licenses.

6. Third-party services

To work, Piko contacts services run by others, as described in the Privacy Policy. Their own terms apply to them.

7. Changes and availability

We may change, update or stop offering Piko or any of its features. Piko may stop working with a provider or a server, and it may be unavailable in some countries or stores.

8. Name and logo

The name Piko and the Piko logo identify our apps. You may use them only as described on our Brand page.

9. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, Piko is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including that it will work without interruption or errors or that it suits a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have as a consumer and that cannot be limited by contract.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by your provider, its servers or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.

11. Ending use

You can stop using Piko at any time by uninstalling it. If you seriously breach these terms, your license ends.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Piko is registered.

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using Piko after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.

14. Language and contact

These terms are published in several languages; the English version is the authoritative one. Questions: support@pikonet.io.
