Contact us

Write to support@pikonet.io. To help us help you, please include:

  • the app version (Settings → About Piko) and your device model;
  • what you did, what you expected and what happened instead;
  • if you can, a diagnostics report: Settings → Diagnostics → Share diagnostics.

Never send us your subscription link, its QR code or your server settings. They give access to your paid subscription. The diagnostics report already leaves them out.

We can't fix your provider's servers or your subscription. Piko shows your provider's support links on the subscription, under From your provider.

Common problems

Piko accepts subscription links (https://…), share links (vless://, vmess://, trojan://, ss://, hysteria2://) and Xray JSON configurations. It can't open Clash or sing-box profiles, WireGuard configurations, or encrypted links made for other apps (such as happ://crypt…). Ask your provider for a regular subscription link.

“Device limit reached”

Your provider limits how many devices can use your subscription. Remove a device in your provider's account or website, then update the subscription in Piko.

A warning says the link is not encrypted

The link starts with http://, so the request to your provider, including your device details, travels unencrypted. Ask your provider for an https:// link.

Connected, but nothing loads

When the server doesn't answer, Piko shows No traffic instead of pretending all is well. Try another server or turn on Auto, run a Real test to find servers that work, or update the subscription: your provider may have changed its servers.

The VPN switches off in the background

Some phones stop apps in the background to save battery. In the app, open Settings → Keep Piko connected and follow the steps there: allow Piko to run in the background and, if you like, turn on Android's Always-on VPN.

The subscription expired or the traffic ran out

Piko shows what your provider reports. Renew with your provider, then update the subscription in Piko.

Some apps or sites don't work through the VPN

On Android, use Settings → Split tunneling to let chosen apps connect directly. Your provider may also offer a routing profile; Piko applies it only after you agree.

It's slow

Run a Real test and pick a faster server, or use Auto: it measures your servers and moves to the fastest one.

Frequently asked questions

Does Piko work without a VPN provider?

No. Piko needs servers to connect to. You get them from a VPN provider, as a subscription link or a QR code.

Can you recommend a provider?

We don't sell VPN service and don't recommend or partner with any provider. Choose one you trust and that is legal to use where you are.

Does Piko see my traffic?

No. Your traffic goes from your device to your provider's server, and we receive nothing from the app. See the Privacy Policy.

Why does my provider get a device ID?

Many providers limit the number of devices per subscription. Piko sends each provider a device ID made only for it, plus your device model and system version, so the limit works. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the subscription in Piko or uninstall the app. Piko has no account, and we hold no data about you. For data your provider has, ask your provider.

Is there a version for iPhone, Mac or Windows?

Piko comes to Android first. A version for iPhone and iPad is in preparation. There is no desktop version yet.

How do I report a security problem?

Please see our security page.
